6 Month Program

My program is specifically designed to empower instructors like you with the essential tools and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional workouts and create extraordinary experiences for your clients. I understand the importance of authenticity and want to support you in remaining true to yourself while delivering the best possible service.

My goal is to boost your confidence in working with any client, ensuring that you are well-equipped to meet their unique needs and goals. I also aim to help you discover your passion and carve out your own niche within the industry, allowing you to stand out and excel in your chosen area.

At the beginning of my career, I noticed that my in-depth study of anatomy and psychology enhanced my class preparations and client sessions in a very positive way.

Although anatomy was a crucial aspect of my 500-hour Pilates training, I realized that it wasn’t sufficient on its own. I felt a lack of knowledge and confidence in effectively engaging and working with clients on a social level within a professional environment. I struggled with knowing how to communicate and support clients within the scope of my knowledge and training, as well as creating a safe and nurturing environment for their well-being.

Recognizing the importance of developing these skills, I sought additional training and education. I actively pursued resources and workshops that focused on injuries, client communication, building rapport, and creating a supportive atmosphere. I delved into understanding effective communication techniques that align with my expertise and training. I learned how to adapt my language and delivery to meet clients’ needs and provide them with the guidance and support they deserve.

I soon realized that others might be searching for ways to deepen their understanding of anatomy, tips on designing client sessions, and support and guidance into their dream career. Sharing my knowledge with others gives my life the greatest purpose and meaning.

Embark on an extraordinary 6-month mentorship program that delves into the depths of anatomy, explores the multitude of body injuries and conditions instructors encounter, and concludes with invaluable career charting and guidance, propelling you towards your ultimate dream career as an instructor.

I write with great confidence and enthusiasm regarding the recommendation of Erica Breen. As the first student to join her mentorship program, I came to not only know her as a teacher, but as a caring individual who wants to share her knowledge with those who want to learn! What originally drew me to Erica’s mentorship program was her passion, diligent work ethic, organized nature, and personality. Erica designed her mentorship program in a format that is easy to follow and actually makes sense! I truly appreciated the time she dedicated to making each of the lessons enjoyable throughout the program. Each lesson included; images, easy to read verbiage, activities, videos, and summaries. Throughout the process, Erica held me accountable to stay on top of my studies and homework. This was much needed at times when I felt like giving up! She also encouraged me to ask questions and dive deeper into each section. In conclusion, I found the mentorship program to be a success and a positive influence to my Pilates studies. I look forward to continuously using everything I learned on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor!
