I've had health and auto-immune problems ever since I was a young girl and I've always had a deep curiosity for functional nutrition and alternative medicine.
While receiving my first Functional Nutrition certification in 2018, I was still struggling with health issues that no one could seem to diagnose. To this day, I have been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism, and histamine intolerance, which all seemed like blanket terms to me. I knew there had to be something else causing these symptoms.
In early 2020, I experienced a profound health crisis while I was in Bali. Confused and desperate for answers, I turned to a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner as a last resort. With her intuition and a series of tests, we discovered that I was suffering from Copper Toxicity. This revelation not only brought relief from my illness, but it also sparked a transformative shift in my life. I began to explore Eastern modalities, deepening my spiritual practice and embracing radical self-care, alternative healing treatments, and holistic medicine. These practices, combined with my functional nutrition training, became the cornerstone of my own health journey and the foundation upon which I guide every client.

When I sought Erica’s nutritional services, I was coming off of three months on Keto, and to be honest, I felt terrible. I had success on Keto, but it was marginalized compared to the side effects I was feeling. Under Erica’s guidance, we were able to find supplements to offset some of the side effects and put me on a path for long-term success under a clean (but still flexible) plan. Price: $250
During our comprehensive 90-minute consult, our focus is on uncovering the root cause(s) of your health issues, addressing your current concerns, and understanding your goals.
Through an in-depth discussion, we will explore various aspects of your health. In some cases, I may suggest additional testing to gain a deeper understanding and provide more precise recommendations. The areas we will examine include:
- Your comprehensive health and medical history
- Assessment of your past and current symptoms
- Test results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals
- Your current eating habits and your self-care practice
Wellness Consult (Follow-up)
Price: $65 per session
Once we have a comprehensive understanding of your needs, I will design a customized nutrition plan for you.
This plan spans 12 weeks, with weekly meetings to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. I believe 90 days is the ideal timeframe to see significant changes and improvements, especially with dietary changes and supplementation.
*After 90 days, I will conduct re-testing to ensure progress and make further adjustments. Health is a long-term journey, and many clients continue to see me for years. Some need only monthly check-ins after the initial 90 days, while others may require additional rounds to establish a solid foundation.

I was referred to Erica by a friend to see if she could help me with an old torn labrum shoulder injury that was still bothersome at times. We met several times and discussed my goals and she put together a comprehensive plan that addressed the injury plus other goals of mine, including weight loss and help with nutrition. She is a patient teacher and I felt like she truly listened to me and wanted me to succeed. The exercises she showed me have helped my shoulder strength and pain and the nutrition plan has resulted in some weight loss but more importantly overall better health.
