I'm Erica


I’m a lifelong learner and wellness guide who blends Western and Eastern healing modalities to help clients achieve balance, recover from injuries, and optimize their health.
My work combines Pilates, yoga, functional nutrition, and holistic health practices so you can move, eat, and live well wherever life takes you.
My Healing Journey
From childhood, I faced chronic health challenges such as severe stomach pain, recurrent infections, cystic acne, and allergies that were often treated with antibiotics but never truly resolved. At age 11, I was diagnosed with scoliosis which sparked years of physical discomfort.
In my twenties, I committed to exploring holistic health and deepening my Pilates and yoga practice. Over the years, I’ve faced and healed from serious injuries such as a fractured spine, shoulder dislocation with rotator cuff tear, and a complex knee injury.
Doctors once told me I’d need spine surgery or face a lifetime of pain.
Instead, I dedicated years to rehabilitation through Pilates, yoga, physical therapy, and anatomy-based movement training.
What I Learned
I discovered that true healing goes beyond the physical body. That releasing emotional trauma and shifting my mindset were just as important as strengthening muscles and restoring mobility.
This integrated approach helped me resolve chronic pain, support my autoimmune health, and reconnect with my body’s strength.

I now help clients:
Recover from injury without losing hope
Build resilience in both body and mind
Develop mindful movement practices that fit any lifestyle, from home to travel
Nourish themselves with functional, holistic nutrition

My Mission
My mission is to integrate movement, nutrition, and mindset practices to guide clients toward balanced well-being.
I draw from my own experience of overcoming physical injuries, autoimmune conditions, and emotional trauma to inspire others on their path to recovery and transformation.
I believe in keeping wellness simple.
To celebrating small victories, finding joy in daily moments, and never taking life too seriously. My clients come from all over the world, seeking personalized movement and nutrition strategies that work for their unique needs.
I am beyond grateful that I get to do this work every day and help, and inspire, others through my healing journey. I hope to pass on the lessons that helped me reach my healthy state today and continue learning from those around me.
